Complete w/Walt Disney Enterprises/Kay Kamen backpaper that includes picture of Mickey in classic hand extended pose. Exc. This was Mickey's first major birthday celebration. Theaters were encouraged to book special programs of Mickey Mouse and Silly Symphony cartoons. Besides this button, theaters offered cake, costume parties and some places free admission to patrons dressed as Disney cartoon characters. Button is scarce, photo is the first we've seen in our 46 years.
