7x10" four-page publication. "A Weekly Publication Of The Fox West Coast," publication is for Seattle, WA. club. Issue is dated Mar. 14, 1931. Features "Week's Message From Chief Mickey Mouse" and front cover has great Mickey Mouse image. Additional theater club text within. Lightly tanned w/age and paper has some creases as folded. Faint remnant of typed postal address. VF. Scarce, w/very limited print run.
