Large 10.5x13.5" glossy "Special Service" photo w/typed sheet pasted to back. This sheet reads in part "Dopey Was Just One Of The Cast In Walt Disney's 'Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs,' But The Public Singled Out This Wordless Little Wonder For Stellar Honors; Crowned Him 'Actor Of The Year.' Now The Twelve New Characters In Disney's Second Full-Length Color Feature, 'Pinocchio,' Claim Succession To Dopey's Shoes. What Do You Think?" Photo shows a bashful-looking Dopey posing w/forest animals and was issued just prior to the Feb. 7, 1940 release of "Pinocchio." Light corner tip wear but VF/Exc. Scarce.
