This is the premium version complete w/mailing envelope w/"Radio's Little Orphan Annie" return address. Envelope has obvious surface paper wear w/small tears/splits and scattered moisture staining. Original mailing label intact. VG. Book features punch-outs on front and back covers plus six pages. Includes Snow White, Seven Dwarfs, animals and accessories. Small trace of corner tip/edge wear w/some pinch creases to spine. Book remains totally clean and unused, all pieces intact, though w/a few loose perforations. Cover remains bright, clean and VF. Contents have aged margins and a couple small tears at edges, none affecting cut-outs. VF. Comes w/3.5x5" typed slip of paper explaining that this more expensive book was sent in lieu of Whitman P-77, which ran out due to demand. Rarely found w/envelope/note.
