Set from 1931, these cut-outs were obtained by saving and sending in Dixie lids. Included is 10.5x15" original mailing envelope which shows "Series A" set up. No mailing imprint but margin wear including tears. VG. "A" set consists of large die-cut cardboard two-piece circus tent and entrance way with illustrations including ticket barker, side show performers, circus performance w/clowns and trapeze artists and a "Dixie Ice Cream" stand in addition to four stand-up figures 3 to 7" tall. There are also five additional 8x13" sheets labeled B-F, each containing five different punch-outs per sheet for a total of 25. All feature highly detailed and colorful images including circus performers, animals, etc. All have lt. aging and some loose perforations but all are complete and intact as issued. NM. Rarely found as a complete and unused set.
