Item Description
Complete set of 24, each 2.5x3-1/8" w/full color art on front and text backs. ©1940. Wonderful patriotic art with scenes from home as well as war related images from abroad. Titles include "Raising The Flag, The American Eagle, Soldiers Of The Sea, Protecting Panama Canal," etc. Typical margin wear/aging w/more noticeable rounding of the corners on some cards. About 2/3 of the set is VG/Exc. to Exc. w/clean appearance and fairly sharp corners, the other 1/3 is VG w/more wear evident but only a few w/very minor creases. Scarce set.
