Illustrated red variety box contains 11.25" long tin litho wind-up squad car. Box has obvious creases/tears at ends, missing one interior flap. Still displays Fine. Dick Tracy, Chief Brandon and Pat Patton are shown seated in car. Doors have Tracy image/name in shield design. Below image reads "©1949 F.A. Synd." Text on body includes "Dick Tracy - Police Department - Squad Car No. 1." Wind-up mechanism w/included key works well. Stop switch at back window. Plastic light/siren on top has white plastic socket and battery-operated light bulb that no longer lights. Toy has a few lt. scratches along one side of hood but has glossy bright colors. Runs and siren works. Exc.
