12" wide by 6" thick by 15" tall. c. 1940s. Ideal Novelty & Toy Co. ©Ham Fisher. Plastic molded face. Rubber, darkened hands. Felt coat/cap/body w/wire armature within. Slight fade to green felt pants. Missing original vinyl belt and apron. Face has some scattered lt. wear, most noticeable to Humphrey's lips/nose. VG. Rare.
