Large and impressive 39x63" glossy paper printer's proof for prop posters featured in the 1992 Tim Burton film "Batman Returns." Poster is dominated by large image of Danny DeVito as Batman villain The Penguin holding umbrella over his shoulder w/tiny image of Gotham City skyline below. Text at bottom reads "Oswald Cobblepot For Mayor," referencing The Penguin's birth name and his mayoral campaign in the film. Printer's proofs were used to ensure the final film prop posters were the correct color and to incorporate aging/weathering into them for film use. Rolled w/some handling wear, mainly along margins. Still displays VF. We have seen examples of this poster sell in excess of $1,000.
