Likely used at Fort McHenry for Sept. 13,1914 Centennial celebration. 1 3/4" diameter button at top has colorful illustration of cannons, battleships, fortress and flag in the middle of a battle scene. Ribbon below has 3.25" celluloid button attached w/portrait and name of "Francis Scott Key." Ribbon in gold has emblem "Jr. O.U.A.M." (initials for "Jr. Order United American Mechanics.")
