2.5"x3.5"x1 3/4" relief hard rubber character of smiling FDR w/eyes closed. Back of head is curved w/text on back reading "Going To Run 3rd Term/Just Tap My Chin." When chin is tapped head rocks up and down as if FDR is responding "yes." Tiny loss of black hair accents on edge. From Ed Potter Collection. Rare and VF.
