Both plates w/serial number 4300, each measuring 6x12". One has 11/16" white line on Nixon's shoulder but both are unused and o/w Mint as made. Hake Guide #2010. Plates come w/original mailer that held them which shows wear and is Fine. Also included is 6x8-7/8" "Inaugural Souvenir" book w/88 pages. Scattered color rubs to covers w/some wear at spine staples. VF.
