5.25" tall including bisque/cork stopper that completes the star-accented hat of Uncle Sam. Sam straddles beer barrel while pouring a bottle into a glass. Front of barrel reads "What We Want." Front is painted bisque while reverse is finished in a tan glaze. No maker's mark. Minute 1/8" sliver off bottom edge of stopper. His hand holding the glass was broken off, but has professional repair and is now virtually invisible to the naked eye. Great design.
