Lot of two. Each w/ 1 3/4" celluloid button at top. Uncommon w/ ribbons. First has seldom seen ribbon w/ White House color flasher that alternates to color scene of U.S. Capital. Minor loss of gold on a few letters. Other has owner medical symbol brass pin. Both buttons are Exc. w/ VF ribbons.
