Comes w/printed cover letter on “20th Century Fox/ACA” letterhead promoting films. Book covers have lt. dust soil and aging. VG. Contents and letter are VF/ Exc. Great graphics of a lurid nature throughout. Extremely limited distribution, just sent to theater owners and those in the trade.
