Item Description
9" tall tin litho toy with built-in key comes in original box. c. 1941 by Unique Art. Right side of box has two flaps detached but here, closure tab missing. Scattered aging with large moisture stain mostly on the blank top panel. VG. Toy depicts soldier carrying pair of dog cages containing four different dogs, two of which are depicted wounded with bandages. All have dog tags marked "K9." Toy works and walks forward as soldier's separate helmet tips back and forth. Has minute scattered paint nicks but still Exc. overall.
