5-7/8" tall with bar holding cardboard with name. Ribbon includes "Veteran Employee Association Of The Milwaukee Road" with date from 1946. Below is 2.25" color depiction of "The Milwaukee Road" streamliner. Ribbon back has tag of maker Western Badge. Tiniest age on the ribbon. Rest is Mint. Only second example of the button we've seen.
