Center has brass frame holding 1.25" celluloid showing eagle perched upon American flag. Issued by a company in "North York, Pa." A final accent is a suspended white metal lantern with a celluloid shade at its center. On the left side one fold of ribbon has small tan mark while a bottom streamer has 1" tan mark on its tip.
