3.5" dia. w/image of the soundtrack album at center surrounded by text "Elvis Months-April and May/On RCA Victor." 1964. Metal back has some minor scattered surface oxidation. Front is totally bright and glossy w/just some minor marks visible in reflected light. VF. Scarce. Our one other exceeded $200.00.
