Item Description
See previous ultra rare Captain Midnight button along with item #1305 a display card for this set. These six buttons are each 13/16" litho. Four of the buttons have artwork identical to those in the Kellogg's Pep set. These are "Andy Gump", "Popeye", and this group includes a pair of identical "Orphan Annie." With the six come two that are unique to the Togs set. These are "Steve Canyon" and "Joe Palooka." All six feature the "Comic Togs" logo on the reverse. Andy Gump has a single pinpoint off upper left, Popeye has single 1/16" scratch on hat and one of the Orphan Annies have three or four virtual pinpoint dots off the outer rim edge. Even those with tiny paint wear are NM and the other three are Mint. A rare group.
