Paper has small punch hole probably as issued at top center and edge of this has 1/8" hairline break but paper is otherwise in Exc. condition with just the slightest hint of tan age tone. Reverse is order form and includes offer expiration December 31, 1979. Actually quite a bit scarcer than the ring itself.
