Nephews Huey, Dewey, and Louie are seated in the foreground. Donald has his hands in peaceful repose, Scrooge is respectfully holding his hat in one hand and cane in the other, Gladstone is holding his hat in one hand and a horseshoe in the other for good luck. Design is based on the Carl Barks cover to Dell Four Color #450 “Duck Album” from Feb. 1953. Signed “Carl Barks” in gold ink on top of base front. NM.
