Item Description
See previous item #2940. We are offering a 5.5x8.5x.25" thick silica/quartz slice of fern that weighs just over 1 lb. This specimen came from Tocatins, a central state of Brazil and dates to 180 million years ago. The fern's inner structures remain clearly visible, and it has a lovely salmon coloring. Both sides have been polished and slice comes w/a custom wooden base for upright display.
