Item Description
8x12x2.75" deep box w/illustrated inserts contained late 1920s set by Tootsietoy. Set consisted of two airplane toys. Box lid has wonderful illustration of numerous children in 1920s pilot gear at "Tootsietoy Airport" watching planes take off. Side panels each have "Tootsietoy Airport" name w/airplane graphics. Lid has some edge/corner tip wear and a 1x1.5" puncture to main lid panel by inked name but o/w box remains tight and clean. Displays Fine. Complete w/interior cardboard insert which has illustrations of people watching from edges. Insert shows wear where hanger fit in but are Fine overall.
