8x10.75" hardcover w/328 pages. "Westerner '55" yearbook for Lubbock High School, Lubbock, TX. This is Buddy Holly's (w/correct, actual spelling of his last name Holley) senior yearbook. Holly is featured in typical school portrait within and in inset photo as vice-president of the "Vocational Industrial Club." Additionally, yearbook features three photos of Holly's classmate and drummer Jerry Allison (one shown) as well as photo of Bob Montgomery, who performed w/Holly as the musical duo "Buddy and Bob" while in high school. Covers show lt. wear w/front cover showing wear to embossed lettering and inked name at bottom. Fine. Interior pages have typical inked inscriptions and are VF.
