Item Description
All have Trylon and Perisphere incorporated in designs. Seven tie bars are silvered brass or brass, three have enamel accents. Pins include cast metal w/dangling charms for Electrical, Marine, and Aviation Buildings. Other pins are brass, five w/dangling enamel medallions. One has airplane w/wings that read “World’s Fair Flight 1939/U.S.A./NX 18973” representing Super Electra which Howard Hughes and four crew mates took on a global circumnavigation flight leaving Floyd Bennett Field in New York on July 10, 1938 and returning on July 14. Another has three metal tools including wrench, screwdriver, and hammer. Trace of lt. wear, but lot overall VF/Exc. A nicely detailed instant collection.
