Scarce toy. c.1960s Japan. #2107-3. Box is 4.5x11.75x3.75” deep w/lid art of planes in action on top and two sides. Box has creasing and edge wear. VG. Assembled tin litho plane w/plastic cowl and prop is 9.5” long w/11.5” wingspan. Plane has text “5498 F3F-7 U.S. Navy”. Works. Plane travels as prop turns. Box mentions engine lights, but this function is not working. Scattered lt. wear. Bright and Fine overall.
