See item #2567. Offered here is a lot of three boxed dinosaur toys from the second series of "Dino-Riders" toys. 1989. Included are - Struthiomimus, which comes w/figure of Nimbus; Placerias, which comes w/figure of Skate; and Protoceratops, which comes w/figure of Kanon. All come w/"Full Battle Accessories" that consists of armor and weapons that could be placed on the dinosaur and are sealed in their original 6x9.75x2.5" deep boxes w/front flaps that can be lifted to view contents. Boxes show scattered edge wear, w/Struthiomimus and Protoceratops boxes showing more noticeable wear along flap hinges. Fine. Placerias box is Exc. and all box contents remain Mint as sealed. Each comes w/mini comic book. From the personal collection of Lee Volpe, Tyco Toy’s Manager, Director, and VP of New Product Development (1982–1994) who was involved from the beginning of the development of Dino-Riders, Garfield telephones and several other Tyco toys. These are the last examples from his collection being offered by us.
