Item Description
c. 1950s. Made by "Wellco Foamtread.". 6.5x10x3.25" deep thin cardboard box has circus wagon graphics on five sides with "Howdy Doody" name stamped on one end panel. Box has lt. aging and dust soil. Lid has some pencil writing and lt. creasing. Fine overall. Contains 7.5" long pair of cloth slippers w/graphics of Howdy and friends and rubber soles. One has maker fabric label inside and “Parents Magazine” foil sticker on underside. Slippers have minimal aging and dust soil and appear unworn. VF. Nicely designed.
