Item Description
Each about 3.5x5/5”. All but two (e and k) are postally cancelled. Left to right and top to bottom: a) “Goodbye Teddy Bear And Welcome Billy Possum.” Scarce card postmarked a few weeks after Taft’s inauguration. Small creases. Fine. b) Neat but stained and small edge damage (1909 theme but this one has 1920 postmark). c) “Yale’s Favorite Son” Taft reference. Fine. d) Roast Teddy Bear, 1909 by Gulick. VG. e) Gulick series, couple tan marks. VG. f) Gulick series, .5” tape repair to back corner. g) Gulick series, color off extreme edges. h) Lounsbury series 2515-4, small corner wear. i) Lounsbury series 2515-1, tiny corner wear. j) Lounsbury series 2515-3, VF. k) Lounsbury series 2515-4, one damaged corner, tiny edge wear.
