3.25x4" unmarked cardboard mount holding original release glass slide for 15-Chapter 1943 Columbia serial starring Lewis Wilson as Batman and Douglas Croft as Robin. J. Carrol Naish played the villain, an original character named Dr. Daka. The plot involved Batman — as a US government agent, attempting to defeat the Japanese agent Dr. Daka, at the height of World War II. Slide has great image of Lewis as Batman in bkg. w/art image of Batman in foreground, man w/ray gun at lower left and small Batplane image at right. Blank title card area at center and blank marquee area at bottom. Backside has 1.5" hairline scratch but slide is o/w VF.
