Item Description
1930s. Original cardboard box has "Click Pistol" text on both sides but no Dick Tracy name and is original issue. Top and bottom side panels have a few faint creases and a 1.25" tear at end flap. One and a half inner flaps missing. Fine. 7.75" long painted pressed steel gun has round Tracy portrait decal on one side w/art by creator Chester Gould. Other side has painted red accent. Gun has natural finish tin cylinder and embossed grips. Decal has typical crazing and a few small flakes. Fine. Gun is working. Scattered lt. surface wear w/some streaks of bare metal showing on grip. Fine. Great design.
