Item Description
c. 1910. British. Unusual size 3.5x5.25” card has “Woven In Silk” image of passenger ship at sea passing galleon in background. Text at bottom has specifications. Lt. age curling and faint dust soil. Fine. Silk are is Exc. Unused. Launched Sept. 7,1907, the Lusitania was sunk by a German torpedo in 1915 after leaving New York for Liverpool. Nice detail.
