Dog tag has earlier metal tag instead of plastic "AT" tag. Still talks, but is a fast talker. Has Talking Man of Action phrases including "GI Joe US Army, Reporting For Duty", "Take The Jeep And Get Some Ammo, Fast", "Take Hill 79, Move Out". "Kung Fu Grip" hands show some aging with all fingers intact and flexible. Missing rifle, otherwise complete. Overall VF figure.
