All are c. 1930s painted cast metal. Sizes range from 3” tall to 5” long. O’Brien Toy Soldiers book numbers are : B18 soldier charging- short stride, B62 machine gunner lying flat-cast helmet, B66 soldier pigeon dispatcher, B68 soldier feeding shell, B69 soldier- silver ammunition cases, B71 soldier sentry, B79A machine gunner seated- cast helmet, B80 aviator, B89 soldier running w/rifle- tin helmet,B103 surgeon w/stethoscope, B104 wounded soldier- tin helmet w/stretcher, B115 soldier sitting position, B129 firing from behind wall- cast helmet, B132 leaning out w/field phone- antenna tin helmet, B142 soldiers in boat, B147 soldier wireless operator. Some tin helmets show lt. oxidation. B66 and B142 show moderate wear. VG. Rest are VF/Exc.
