Artko did several headshop black light posters featuring Bullwinkle and Underdog characters, this is marked "Bull 5" at lower right. Bottom of poster features portraits of Bullwinkle (in Uncle Sam hat) for President; Snidely Whiplash for "Director Of F.B.I., C.I.A., And The Consumer Protection Agency"; Underdog for Attorney General and Dudley Do-Right for Secretary of State. Some of the humorous text on poster mentions Secretary General Smokey The Bear and "Richard M. Vixen." Additional text mentions "Literature Diminishing Female Coloration In Favor Of The Gaudier Male (I.E., Playmale, Pentpen, Etc.) Will Be Strongly Censured." Poster shows moderate handling wear w/creases across portraits at bottom and margin wear including a few small tears and one .75" at upper left. VG.
