Item Description
2.5x6x.75" deep box w/colorful illustrations and Daisy Mae saying "Watch Th' Movin' Mule!" contains one of three different Abner animated watches, this watch is variety w/dial w/close-up of Li'l Abner and American flag that waves back and forth as seconds tick. New Haven. ©1951 UFS/Al Capp. Similar box was issued for this watch, but this box is for "Movin' Mule" variety. Box is complete w/cardboard insert and shows wear, mostly along edges and at corners. Lid has two .25" streaks of surface paper missing but box is free of splits and o/w Fine. Watch comes w/original leather bands and shows just lt. wear/aging. Watch is not running and just needs a basic cleaning. VF. Scarce w/box.
