Item Description
1-7/16" shows our favorite anthropomorphic dough-boy figure comprised of 5 loaves of bread. He wears white chef's hat and apron that reads "John Dough Raised On Fleischmann's Yeast." Backpaper by Bastian was used 1913-1916. We've seen one example with Phila. grocer's 1916 picnic ribbon. Less than 10 known. Exc. displaying Mint.
