Item numbers 1 through 1277 in auction 208
Item Description
First is 1" oval c. 1915 showing baby laying on blanket and wearing large hat. Rim text "Worth Hats/Harris-Polk Hat Co." Second is 1.25" real photo button with back paper from Shephard Photo Co., St. Paul. On this a pair of women, one younger and one older, dance as they each use a single hand to hold a long handled ax above their heads. One woman has lettering on her chest representing the fraternal group "Modern Woodmen Of America." The older woman has "St. Paul" on the front of her hat. Button was issued by "Lennon & Gibbons/Clothiers." Likely issued for a fraternal convention held in the city. Early 1900s. A great sepia advertising button. NM displaying Mint.
