Item Description
1.75x.5" thick. Underside has mirror with about 90% silvering remaining. Interior holds cloth tape measure. However about four inches of the cloth will not retract and a small metal loop is missing from the very end. Cloth is tanned but still complete. The important part of the piece is the celluloid top which remains in essentially Mint condition advertising this "Chattanooga, Tenn." liquor company. Maker name on curl J.B. Carroll, Chicago. Early 1900s and rare.
