5x6.5" card has bw photo portrait of Soupy doing "The Mouse" and has full component of four .75x.75" rings on original silver luster plastic bases. 1960s. Rings feature flicker/flasher insert that alternates between his name and portrait. Rings are Exc. Card show wear w/creases and small tear by one of the die-slots for rings. Fine. Display card is rare.
