1-3/4x3" diecut cello topped by orange fabric bow plus rear bar pin. Image is top view of jockey cap in orange accent on white plus inscription in black lettering "The Great Inter-State Fair/Speed Department Privileges/1897" plus tiny name for maker Thom. Jay Gleason. Reverse has rules for use plus a "102" serial number in gold color. Fabric bow has weave split at one end. Unspecified, but from an 1898 example this is known to be from Trenton, N.J. One known to us. Rare. VF.
