Item Description
35.75" tall, 24" wide (from wooden ear to wooden ear), 44.5" long painted hollow rubber Mickey Mouse w/interior metal supports depicts the famous Mouse kneeling w/a hand raised in the air, as he likely held a product for display as evident by traces of foam-like material attached to Mickey's gloved hand. For French store use. 1930s. Rubber remains pliable. Surface shows many stress hairlines to painted surfaces (more noticeable on black and red portions) and side under raised arm has slight inward warp. Scattered tiny scuffs to white portion of face and thin wooden ears. Head is loose as designed. Still stands upright and displays Fine. First we've offered in our 47 years and the only example we know of. Rare.
