1.25" with W&H paper used only 1900-1912. Likely issued c. 1909 at time of Cook & Peary North Pole discovery controversy. Santa is pictured in a circle with a polar bear and a seal on each side. Above is sunburst and American flag. Superb example with almost no surface wear whatsoever and beautiful high gloss.
