Item Description
First is 9.5" tall issued for Cincinnati branch of the Junior Order Of United American Mechanics. See group of these ribbons as item #482. This piece has celluloid on the top hanger and ribbon also suspends 1.75" beautifully colored celluloid. Back of the piece is black and silver for members funerals. Undated but c. 1915. Second item is 8.5" tall for a branch of the Foresters Of America in Olyphant, Pa. This one does not have a pin or hanger bar but top edge includes name of maker W&H and reverse is black/silver for member funerals. Primary feature of this item is 1.75" beautiful celluloid riveted at ribbon center and picturing a man carrying flag inscribed "Liberty." Both pieces are clean and Exc.
