2-1/8" with metal back and bar pin by W&H. This is a limited issue high ranking button from the United War Work Campaign which brought together seven organizations in a giant fund raising drive to raise $170 million for the war effort in 1918. Organizations were: YMCA, YWCA, American Library Association, War Camp Community Service, Knights Of Columbus, Jewish Welfare Board, Salvation Army. Tiny surface wear in reflected light. Displays Mint.
