Card is 3-3/8x5.5" with post mark from 1938 on the mailing side. That side has 1.5" dia. spot of excess scrapbook paper glued to the card. It is also tanned. However the image side of the card is extremely Fine. Major characters shown are Mickey and Minnie, Jiggs and Maggie, Popeye and Wimpy, Dick Tracy, Orphan Annie and Sandy, and several Toonerville Trolley characters. Card was issued by "Buffalo Courier Express." Button is an early 1930s 1-1/8" litho reading "31 Comics In Color Sunday Detroit Times." Peeking out from around the center panel are Skippy, The Captain, Jiggs, Barney Google, Felix, Toonerville Trolley Skipper, and two women we can't exactly identify although one is likely Tillie The Toiler. Tiny 1/16" paint chip off the right edge but the rest is Mint.
