Item Description
We originally thought this button portrayed movie star Veronica Lake. However, new information identifies this as Dinah Fatfield from the Ozark Ike comic strip. That strip was introduced around 1945 and this button is from "June 1946" with additional text "Northeast High School." The number "88" on the button designates the 88th graduating class. A few extremely light age dots around the perimeter but over 90% of the button remains clean and glossy. No maker name but with union stamp on the brass colored back with bar pin. Limited issue and only the second we've seen.
