2.25" from the Levin Collection with his hand inked notation on reverse "Novel: 'I Jan Cremer' 1965." Button is made by Emeress, NYC. Narrow .5" line on the reverse where the celluloid was not properly positioned resulting in a 1/8" wide area both missing a little celluloid and showing a hairline of the metal but only over a length .5" long and with the celluloid laying flat so the button still displays Mint from the front. The author was an obsessive artist who published his first book in The Netherlands in 1964 where it caused a cultural revolution and has since sold millions of copies all over the world. Celluloid has some very faint scuff lines on the upper half but minor and barely showing. Still displays Mint. A rare book industry promo.
