10x11" glossy paper sheet (unlike the waxed paper used to produce the actual wrapper) w/full wrapper design and production notations in pencil on right margin. This series was issued in 1965. Lt. creases and handling wear but sheet remains bright and glossy. Fine. A unique item for the Topps collector and comes with official COA from The Topps Vault.
